These Terms govern use of the Chriuus Designs Licensed Seller Directory, seller dashboard, and Design Board. By using a seller or administrator account, submitting content, or using an interactive feature, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. Public visitors may browse the directory without creating an account.
What the service does
Chriuus Designs maintains a directory of independent sellers who have met the site's current Commercial License, profile, and approval requirements. The site also provides eligible sellers with profile tools, approved model showcases, and a private Design Board for requesting and prioritizing possible future designs.
Independent sellers and transactions
Directory sellers are independent businesses. Chriuus Designs does not operate their stores, set their prices, take orders, process payments, hold inventory, arrange shipping or pickup, or relay customer messages. Any purchase, refund, delivery, customization, warranty, tax, or dispute is solely between the customer and the selected seller under that seller's terms.
A Licensed Seller badge means only that the profile met the directory's automated license requirements and administrator approval requirements when shown. It is not a guarantee of product quality, availability, delivery time, safety, or a seller's separate statements.
Seller accounts and Patreon eligibility
- Provide an email address you control and keep access to it secure.
- Do not share a signed-in session or attempt to use another seller's account.
- Connect only a Patreon account you are authorized to use.
- Maintain the Commercial License required for any products you offer and follow the separate license terms that apply to Chriuus Designs models.
Patreon is used for entitlement verification, not site authentication. Membership status may be rechecked on a schedule. Confirmed cancellation or loss of the qualifying tier makes a public listing ineligible. A temporary Patreon error may receive a limited verification grace period, but does not permanently preserve eligibility. Profile information is not automatically deleted merely because a membership becomes inactive.
Seller profile responsibilities
Sellers are responsible for ensuring that submitted and public profile information:
- is accurate, current, and not misleading;
- uses only logos, images, text, links, and business names they have permission to use;
- does not expose another person's private information;
- does not contain malware, unsafe links, unlawful material, or deceptive claims; and
- accurately describes service areas, fulfillment options, and contact methods.
Sellers grant Chriuus Designs a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, process, resize, copy, and display submitted profile content as needed to operate, secure, review, and promote the directory. Sellers retain ownership of their original profile content. Material profile changes may require another administrator review before publication.
Model catalog and seller showcases
The model catalog identifies Chriuus Designs models currently approved for eligible licensed sellers. Sellers may create a limited number of showcases using their own photos, descriptions, and external shop or contact links. A catalog entry or showcase does not replace or expand the separate Commercial License terms.
- Sellers must offer only authorized physical prints and must not distribute model files.
- Seller showcase photos and claims must accurately represent products that seller can provide.
- Showcase submissions and material edits require administrator approval before publication.
- A model may be marked unavailable or retired, which can prevent or hide related showcases.
Directory decisions
Chriuus Designs may approve, request changes to, reject, hide, suspend, restore, or remove a profile to protect customers, enforce licensing, correct misleading information, respond to legal or safety concerns, or operate the directory. Active Patreon membership alone does not guarantee publication. Seller-controlled directory participation and administrator suspension also affect visibility.
Design Board
The Design Board is available only to accounts with effective Commercial License access and administrators. Sellers may submit short ideas and reference images and may add or remove one vote per active idea.
- Submit only content you created or have permission to share for this purpose.
- Do not submit confidential information, personal data, infringing material, or content that is unlawful, abusive, or unsafe.
- Submissions are moderated automatically and may be reviewed, approved, rejected, hidden, restored, acknowledged, completed, or reopened by an administrator.
- Votes express interest only. They do not create a purchase, ownership interest, priority guarantee, or obligation to create a design.
Submitters retain ownership of original Design Board content and grant Chriuus Designs a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to store, reproduce, resize, display, moderate, and evaluate it for operation of the board and consideration of possible Chriuus Designs products. Ideas are not accepted in confidence, may be similar to ideas already known or independently developed, and do not create a promise of compensation, credit, exclusivity, or production.
Acceptable use
You may not:
- circumvent authentication, authorization, moderation, rate limits, or membership checks;
- scrape, overload, disrupt, probe, or misuse the service or another account;
- impersonate another person or falsely claim to be licensed or approved;
- upload malicious files or use links to distribute malware, fraud, or prohibited material; or
- use directory information for spam, harassment, or unlawful profiling.
Third-party services and links
The service depends on third parties including Cloudflare, Patreon, Resend, Geoapify, OpenFreeMap, OpenAI, MakerWorld, and Ko-fi. Seller storefront and social links also lead to independent sites. Those services have their own terms and privacy practices. Chriuus Designs is not responsible for third-party outages, content, products, or policies.
The optional Ko-fi support link is a voluntary donation link, not payment for a seller product, Design Board vote, priority, deadline, ownership right, or promise that Chriuus Designs will create a requested design.
Availability and disclaimers
We work to keep the directory accurate and available, but the service is provided on an "as available" basis. Maps, distances, listings, membership checks, and third-party data may be delayed, approximate, interrupted, or incorrect. To the extent permitted by law, Chriuus Designs disclaims implied warranties regarding the site and is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from use of the directory or dealings with an independent seller. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.
Account restriction and ending use
We may restrict or disable an account for a Terms violation, security risk, licensing issue, unlawful activity, or misuse. You may stop using the service at any time and may request account disconnection or deletion as described in the Privacy Policy. Some licensing, moderation, security, or audit records may be retained when reasonably necessary.
Changes and contact
